• We do not offer refunds on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product broken or wrong product is delivered.
• Opening video is must compulsory, if not then return policy is not applicable.

• Once you placed the order, Design & Name will cannot be changed.
• Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your receive, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
